No Ordinary Sunday

Happy easter! Heard this random quote by a Dj while sitting in lem's car today, " easter chocolate tastes especially nice" :) It's been one crazy weekend from Good Friday till today.
Went to watch a stopmotion claymation picture with friends at this place called Palace Cinemas, which was really posh. Imagine yourself, with a glass of Château d'Yquem in hand, reclined into the comfort of a aussie-sized plushed seat, sipping your wine in the ambience of a cosy-sized cinema.

The movie was called 'Mary and Max'. It is unique in the sense that each animated piece, either character or background, is "deformable"—made of a malleable substance, usually Plasticine clay. haha something like watching 'Postman Pat' with a better story line.
Basically ,The film tells the story of the unlikely pen-pal friendship between Mary, a chubby lonely 8-year-old girl in Melbourne, Australia, and Max, a 44-year-old, severely obese, Jewish man with Asperger's Syndrome living in New York. I thoroughly enjoyed it and encourage everyone to go watch it. It tells of how friendship can be found in the most unlikely places and people and how if you're always willing to give a bit of yourself, you'll find that friends are never far :)
Saturday was Kim's birthday! Happy birthday my dear roomie, sorry the surprise party wasn't entirely a surprise cause of my healthy lungs and loud voice. Loads of love to you! Hope you liked the Winx-themed birthday powerpoint. I LOVE THE WINX!
As for today, Easter Sunday, a rather big group of us headed to BCC -Lem, Evan, Sarah, Felicia, Sam, Dan and myself. The preaching there is just spirit-blowing awesome and today they performed the well known skit to the song everything by lifehouse...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyAuCTaL9T0..as an easter highlight. After which we went to this jap/korean/taiwanese place to eat? The food took forever to come so Sarah and I caved in and had ice-cream as an appetizer. I reckon I might really die young from my high levels of suger intake.
Lastly, thank you Jesus for dying for us, if it were me I doubt I would really do it for a bunch of undeserving people but Great is your Love for us :)
