Grace Anatomy
Good day B's and G's,
Ever so often, someone we know, really irritates us and agitates us by their lack of emotional quotient and poor communication skills. As a result, we are so tempted to slap them hard across their faces, damaging their exterior beauty completely, which might hopefully bring out the inner beauty in them, assuming they have some.
Let me now present 2 case studies: Case study 1 A,B and C are sitting in the living room, watching a television programme. Out of nowhere, E storms in , interupting the enjoyable moment, puts on a face that resembles that of a bulldog and mentions there is no more toilet paper in the toilet and does not wish to see a repetition of this event.
Case study 2 It's close to midnight, A and E are in the study area going about their own interests of being on the internet and studying respectively. Unknowingly, A starts shaking a leg, resulting in noise produced by the slipper hitting the sole of the foot. At which, E turns around, plasters on the face of king kong and stares with the eyes of king kong at A.
Now, while the old me would have responded by slapping E in the face with the strength of king kong,I have decided to try and practice a little bit of Grace and let the matter go. You see if there's one thing about Grace that we should know- it is defined as elegance or beauty of form, manner, motion, or action. Thus, practicing and showing grace, apart from overlooking the shortcomings of others, makes us more beautiful people. With that, I urge us all to practice grace as a form of natural plastic surgery making us more beautiful people on both the inside and the outside. A little somthing I like to call the 'GRACE ANATOMY'.
