Hello B's and G's,
Thanks for everyone's concern over msn and on my tagboard, I'm still settling down, down under and I miss home quite a bit :) Pictures of my new place will be uploaded to facebook soon. However, if you want a virtual tour of my place you can always make a request and I will gladly accede.

On the gossip radar, so much has happened already! For safety reasons they will not be posted up here, but seek and it shall be found , ask and it shall be given.haha

Oh and I think now I am officially the new insect warrior, to every insect that comes into my territory : I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND KILL YOU! And perhaps it's karma or something but after brutally smacking dead so many of them and flushing them down the loo I seem to have trouble falling asleep at night. Like serious trouble, I take about 2 hours to fall asleep upon my head touching the pillow. Hopefully this 'nightmare' ( pardon the irony) ends soon because 8'o clock classes start next week.

Parting is such sweet sorrow

Heya B's and G's,
I'm leaving..SCREAMS...Hmmm what can I actually say? The past 3 months in Singapore have been really great, spending time with my family, catching up with friends, producing a Christmas musical, trying to get work ( note to self : I failed miserably) , suntanning and living on parental love, if you know what I mean..if you don't nevermind haha

I guess this time round I'm feeling more anticipation than trepidation since I am not going to be flying alone and can look forward to a new house with new housemates..welcome Yu lin! I'm really so glad we're doing this whole staying-together-and-studying-in-the-same-uni thing together :) In addition, my dear brain really needs to be put to some good use apart from just processing gossip information haha

BUT...the thought of 'leaving' my family and dear friends for a whopping 9 months really scares me. Thank goodness mandy's coming in may for a visit..PLEASE COME VISIT ME haha tourism Brisbane should pay me for adverts lol. Anyway guys have no qualms about updating me on your lives or anyone else's for that matter ;)I live and
breathe gossip( I know I so have issues with God on this one).

Lastly my Singapore number is no longer in use. You can always contact me through my mum or my sis.

Lesson Number 1

hello B's and G's, welcome to lesson number 1.

Today, we learn that the world is a very superficial place, yes inside and out. We think love is an inpenetrable shield from it but often many things are not as we think they ought to be.

When someone is nice to you, think twice, because more often than nought, there are motives, there are expectations and most importantly these 'nice' moments will be superceded by very horrid ones once you have performed the given task or almost immediately if you fail to do so.

So yes lesson number one, teaches us to appreciate people who treat us with contempt and disgust, for at the very least they present us with the truth of the situation.
It is a vanity fair after all.

The Mill.

you know I was just thinking it's not that easy being a gossiper. It requires an artful skill of tantalising enough without breaking that thin layer of ice.

Anyway, point aside, the big VDAY is coming. Some beam, some scream, overjoyed at the prospect of having an oh-so-romantic date. However, if you ask me... the happiest people on this occasion are the florists and gift shop owners, who make an amzingly HUGE amount of profit at this time of year..it's like freaking christmas for them.
And while sipping my coke, I'm wondering, why can't I cash in on some of that profit, after all everyone LOVES ( since we're talking about Valentine's) gossip. If you don't you're either a liar or a loser.. pardon the bluntness and me seeming somewhat ill-mannered. SO this is what I'm going to do...SELL GOSSIP!:)
Before your jaw drops and hits the ground kindly remember it's what the tabloids do as well..sell gossip- nothing personal, just profitable. My advantage however is that my gossip is exclusive. Oh and trust me what I do know, you will want to know as well ( the result of having nothing to do all day long and having a strong interest in human relations) ;)
